This booking includes a 2-hour private photography field rental at Roots Ranch Farm. Please note that a photographer is not provided — you must bring your own photographer.
We love seeing the farm through your eyes and want you to enjoy everything the fields have to offer! To help preserve the beauty of the farm for everyone, please carefully review the following guidelines before booking.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
• All sessions are booked in 2-hour increments. Please arrive on time, as sessions may be scheduled before or after yours.
• Photos may be taken in the flower fields and surrounding outdoor areas only. Please do not enter any farm structures, including barns, animal areas, sheds, or private buildings.
• Flower picking is not included with your booking. If you would like fresh-cut flowers as part of your session, bouquets may be purchased separately in advance.
• Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved.
• Guests assume responsibility for uneven terrain, mud, insects, weather conditions, and other natural farm elements.
• Flower varieties and bloom levels vary throughout the season and cannot be guaranteed.
• Sessions are rain or shine unless Roots Ranch Farm determines conditions are unsafe. In the event of severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
• Please tag the farm @rootsranchfarm when sharing photos — we love seeing your memories!
